I love the shade trees and when you need something fixed it does not take that long and we are so closed to shopping and our Families

I wish I had the ability to give negative starts!!! My daughter currently resides here and we have had several unresolved issues. I bought her a car for graduation therefore the car is in my name. The property recently change the policy to require parking decals. After several weeks of back and forth with the property manager about my daughter’s ability to use a power of attorney (they had no idea what that was) they finally agreed to giving her a decal. However, it took them several more weeks ...

(my daughter inquired about the decals weekly) to issue the decal. My daughter’s car was towed and when she notified the office they said they forgot that was her car and issued her the decals at that time. We’ve emailed and called (in July) to discuss towing reimbursement but the property manager has yet to call or acknowledge the calls and emails instead they posted signs on all the residence doors stating no one is exempt from towing. I’ve instructed my daughter no to renew her lease and look elsewhere. That is another problem. She informed the office a month or so ago that she will not be renewing her lease. She went to the office on the 1st of Aug to get her prorated rent amount and to schedule a move out inspection. She was told by the new guy that they don’t prorate rent and she needed to read her lease agreement (which she did and it doesn’t state that) and that he doesn’t know when she will get a move out inspection because maintenance doesn’t have a schedule right now. Poor customer service

Horrible customer service! They never fix anything ever(my faucet broke from the day I moved in a maintenance guy put a faulty faucet which leaks and raised my light bill and they still haven't fix it)! Pest-control showed up to my house once. There are spiders and roaches. The laundry mat is always unavailable and they always hire illegal workers and pay them half price . I received my deposit and about $220 was missing. They told me to get a lawyer so I contact the lawyer for ...

novawood/novaglen and she told me she doesn't handle situations like this to go back to novawood and talk to the manager. Once I arrived to novawood my boyfriend got out of the car to enter the office. They then shut the door and closed the blinds. Remind you he is still on the phone with the lawyer at this time so she is well aware of the situation that is going on. He then told us he has a gun and it's real and he's not afraid to use it. My boyfriend whom is already out of the car asked him not to touch him because he's on the phone and he didn't do anything wrong. The security then grabs my boyfriend and try to put cuffs on him then reached for his gun. At this time I get between them and tell my boyfriend to get in the car.
