About ONTARIO EXTENDED STAY LODGING
We offer monthly lodging for all our suites. Each suite available unfurnished or fully furnished with all utilities included: water, trash, electric and Wi-Fi Vista Green has a sparkling swimming pool, heated spa, fitness center, and outdoor courtyard. We are conveniently located at the intersection of the 10 and 15 freeways in Ontario. Ontario International Airport is minutes away and the Toyota Arena and Ontario Mills are minutes away. Vista Green is less than an hour from Downtown Los Angeles and the Orange County Coast. We are in the heart of Ontario, close to shopping, entertainment, and great schools. Pets are welcomed with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent! Please read the qualification requirements before applying: •Credit score must be no less than 550, 600 for solo applicants •Monthly gross income to qualify must be 2 times the rent •We will not accept past evictions, judgments, or rental collections *Note above list is primary qualifications, call our office for secondary qualifications* Stop in for a tour at Vista Green - we are located at 231 N Vineyard Ave, Ontario, CA 91764.
