MICE INFESTED!

I DO NOT recommend this place. They have a very bad mice issue.I am a current resident every one I know who left the mice issue was on the top of the list why they left. I asked about mice and roaches before I moved in. They were NOT honest at all.Land Lords know how bad it is, they are NOT enough to fix it. It has gotten worse. Im leaving and so are many others.The pitures they show on this page are not what you get.These are NOT luxury apartments .

Thank you so much for your feedback, I hope the treatment you received on Thursday will help with the mouse you have experienced. The cold weather sometimes makes them take shelter. The extra sealing on the exterior of the building and the extra screens we put in the vents will hopefully alleviate this issue. As your new property manager Jay I am concerned when my tenants are having such problems and will make sure I stay on top of this issue and others along with our maintenance staff. We have been renovating the property over the last year and will eventually have most or all apartments resemble our pictures on line but not sure how long it will take since we only improve the units as our tenants vacate the property. I hope this answers some of your questions and takes some of the unfortunate pressure off of your situation. I am always here to talk and help you. Thank you and have a great week. Jay
