Worst Leasing Office I've Experienced
August 14, 2023The apartment was roomy and in a great location of Adam's Point. Outside of the that, the renting experience was horrible. It is impossible to get a hold of the leasing office. I had property damage done to my vehicle street parking in Oakland. I reached out via email, phone calls, and in person with the leasing office and they either ignored me or said the person who can get me a parking spot was not in the office. The parking garage door was broken for a few months which is not great. There ...were minor issues with sometimes the water being down but that is forgivable.
