January 3, 2026Hi, I have stayed in these apartments almost a year’ upon staying here I have been towed constantly and several other tenants with the same issue and when speaking to management about it they try to justify the Towers behavior by saying you are not following the rules, it has been a high turn over rate of managers and management for several months, However I spoke with Alisha in the office about the behavior of the tow trucks and she justified their action , clearly stating that it’s not our ...problem what they do to the residents ( poor management) I would think if you are in management you would care about your residents and show concern! No passion no care, no empathy, lack of knowledge when it comes to the residents several of tenants has been complaining about the behavior of the property; and management I will not be furthering my stay here or remain a future tenant! January 13, 2026We take feedback seriously; however, several statements in this review require clarification. Parking regulations are clearly outlined in the lease agreement and posted throughout the property. These rules are enforced consistently by a third-party towing company to ensure fairness and availability of parking for all residents. Tow actions occur only when vehicles are not in compliance. Responsibility for adhering to these rules rests with the resident. While management turnover has occurred, enforcement of community policies has remained consistent. It is inaccurate to suggest that management is indifferent to residents or lacks concern. However, management cannot override lease terms or towing enforcement once a violation has occurred. We understand that towing is frustrating, but repeated violations after warnings and clear communication cannot be attributed to poor management. Our role is to uphold community standards for all residents, not make exceptions that create further ...issues or inequities. We regret that you feel dissatisfied with your experience and respect your decision not to renew. That said, we stand by our policies and the actions taken to enforce them. Residents who follow the community rules do not experience these issues. We encourage all current and future residents to review the parking guidelines carefully and reach out to the office proactively with questions to avoid further inconvenience.

August 15, 2018It takes dayssss for them to fix anything. You will pay for pest control but they NEVER come. They will work with you on rent only for extra fees that you will later pay for... go figure. I just can’t wait until my lease is up. Bugs
February 13, 2018I have been living over here for two years and every since I have moved in every other day there is a big water bug in my apartment I have had pest control come out multiple times. That isn’t solving the problem. These apartments need to be torn down and rebuilt because these bugs are living in the walls. I am so ready to move when my lease is up. Rat in apartment maintenance will not help
October 12, 2016I went into the office and asked if something could be done about my pest(rat)problem the lady in the office explained that they would send someone to take care of it on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and no one ever came to my apartment to fix the pest problem. I asked the apartments why no one fixed the pest problem and they said because a maintenance request wasn't submitted which I was never told about. I do not recommend this property
October 3, 2016do not recommmend this property I've lived in the apta for about 6 months and I CAN'T wait for my lease to end. The only reason I decided to rent here is because my brother told me it was good. Boy was he wrong. -Maintenance takes daaaays to fix whats broken. AC units are old so they stop working and freeze up ALL the time. And because they are old units your electricity bill will be high as can be. Rent is not cheap, its average for the area, oh and the neighborhood is not so safe. -There are ...kids ALL around unsupervised, making commotions, in the gym, in the pool (when it opens) at all times, I've seen kids urinating on the stair wells at 1 am. -Theres a dog park, which might be the only thing I like, but now because of the kids its hard to even go to the dog park, they taunt my dog and make her bark, even threw a rock at her once. So now i just go else where to walk her. Yes i have to leave my complex to walk my dog. - if you pay rent on the 3rd its already late. And theres no Dropbox so if you're like me and get off after the office closes then youllhave to worry about the high late fees. Over all I don't recommend this to anyone. August 24, 2016I have lived here since 2013 and I love it! it's not a luxury apartment but i'm not paying for that either. The office staff is very friendly and always work with me and the maintenance staff are fast.
