May 4, 2024There isn't any. Notices are placed in a clip on the door for anyone to read. Residents gossip with office staff and some issues are then shared with others. Personal phone numbers were given out. Answers are inconsistent where you wonder if anyone really knows what's going on. There isn't the safety and peace of mind as advertised. Locks and codes are compromised and unlawful entry onto property happened.Property Manager Responded

Poor management
December 11, 2022I applied to rent an apt 7 weeks ago and was just now denied. The manager blatantly delayed my application and then entered false information to have me denied. Several documents were lost or misplaced through the process. I live an hour away and had to drive several times back and forth. She entered income and assets that should not have been included ( I provided printouts from HUD.gov) and she included these items regardless. I am now commuting an hour each way for a job, trying to find ...another apt in the middle of December, living out of boxes, and hoping my current landlord hasn’t found a new occupant to replace me.Property Manager Responded
