September 21, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Ever since the management change, things have gone downhill. For starters, the maintenance team and leasing manager are unresponsive, and the emergency contact number is completely useless. To make matters worse, my apartment has been without air conditioning for some time now, and despite living in the heat of Tampa, no one has come to fix it. The lack of responsiveness and care is unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering not renewing my ...lease. The rental cost is definitely not worth it. Additionally, events are frequently held on the tennis court, leaving the area dirty, and there’s no accountability for cleaning it up. Stayed here for almost a year but as soon as the management changed it’s been the worse ever for me.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
