May 5, 2025I had the pleasure of touring with the assistant manager, Jasmyne and I must say she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Not Recommended
September 21, 2024I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Ever since the management change, things have gone downhill. For starters, the maintenance team and leasing manager are unresponsive, and the emergency contact number is completely useless. To make matters worse, my apartment has been without air conditioning for some time now, and despite living in the heat of Tampa, no one has come to fix it. The lack of responsiveness and care is unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering not renewing my ...lease. The rental cost is definitely not worth it. Additionally, events are frequently held on the tennis court, leaving the area dirty, and there’s no accountability for cleaning it up. Stayed here for almost a year but as soon as the management changed it’s been the worse ever for me.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2024Worst experience moving in. The bathroom was not clean, kitchen cabinets had oil stains, the air vent gave out smell of weed. Found human hairs everywhere. The stove and dishwasher are broken. Window panes are covered with moss and the patio door is lined with molds.Property Manager Responded
