I lived there for 2 years and it was the worst and most disgusting thing I could live in. I lived on the 1st floor where the water pipes are in the wall and can hear water splashing every 10 minutes from all the water in the building. Upon servers maintenance request from sewer flies and mold coming from the windows that aren’t properly installed the management did nothing about until legal talk was brought up.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you feel that way. We definitely could have done things differently. I was in the apartment for 2 minutes and immediately knew hot water was running in the bathroom. The water must have been a while for the humidity to cause the mildew around the windows. I don't know what cause the drain flys, we have never had them before. The humidity definitely didn't help getting rid of them. When they are unreported maintenance issues, there will be issues. We should have looked into the issue further and it also should have been reported. We definitely learned from this and I have to thank you.
