Throw away the whole apartment complex
October 30, 2023There’s a rat infestations at these apartments!! No A/C No Heat. There maintenance are horrible! Apt broken down. Pipes broken. Maintenance cover up moldy walls with paint. Roaches just horrible environment.Review from Apartments.com
Maintenance and the Management Team ARE NOT THE ISSUE!
December 9, 2022The issue is the "chill water" AC. They shut it off every November. Which means that if you happen to have a day where it's 70° outside, it will be 80°+ in your apartment. Every year since we moved here in 2020 the AC has been an issue. The grounds are always a mess. Very trashy. Lots of vagrants and homeless drug addicts wandering about. There is NO laundry facility on property. There used to be one across the street but it's now in total disrepair. You literally have to take your laundry way ...down the road to wash it. Crime in the area is rampant. Two murders this year with 500ft of the property. One was actually on the premises. It's a mess, but it's cheap. You get what you pay for. Plenty of decent folks living here, lots of families and kids. But it's sketchy at best.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Maintenance is always an issue
July 21, 2022The apartments are uninhabitable. The city is aware. Also they turn off the air conditioning when the office is closed. That should be illegal!!!!. It's well over 100 degrees outside!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place
June 22, 2022I currently live here, it’s been two months and they haven’t fix the AC, It’s hard to reach management, they don’t communicate with you, they don’t work with you, They don’t do anything, cheap means expensive, since there’s so many problems to solve, pen handling, gun shots on the area, can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can run away!Review from Apartments.com
