This place has a horrible manager

This is an honest and unequivocal review. As a tenant, I obliged to provide a true and honest review to my fellow tenants and future outlook on this complex. There is nothing good about this facility. There are four complexes in this neighborhood that all of them are managed by Eagle Management. The property manager for all four ( in 3000 Howe, 304 how and two others in Edison ave) is the same rude, grumpy and very ugly guy that his name starts with Ev... His bad behavior, lack of proper ...

housekeeping and nonresponsiveness toward the tenant requests is his main character. The apartments are old and out of maintenance, if you ask them to come and repair something, either they ask you simply to leave or come after 3 months. I can swear to my graves that I am not joking. It happened to dozen tenants here that once they complained, they were handed a termination notice the next day. Just pay $50 more and be away from these 4 properties. Please!!!!!

I have lived here for about a year. The landlord, who lives in San Mateo, has no manger on site. Anytime something goes wrong we have to call her and wait for her response. Recently, my air conditioning wasn't working so I called the landlord. She expected me to set the appointment with the air conditioning repairman. After miscommunication and the landlord sending him to the wrong address he finally showed up almost a week later. After he realized it couldn't be fixed he called her to explain. ...

The next day I email her to ask when it will be fixed. She didn't know it wasn't working and made it seem like I was bothering her to fix it. Said I was wasting her time and cut me off while I was trying to explain to her. Other problems like mold and cockroaches are also not her problem. It's the tenants responsibility to provide proof that we aren't the ones that caused the problem. I keep a clean house. There's nothing more I can do to correct these problems but hope that she believes me when I tell her they are problems.

Low cost, decent quality for price

It's kinda hard to beat $545 a month (utilities included) for a 1 bedroom (not a studio), so I wasn't expecting much. This place isn't bad though. It was kinda dirty when I moved in and it's not in a great part of town, but for the price there's a lot worse.
