One Hamilton West is a Friendly Well Maintained Place To Call Home
March 3, 2016As rents rise to unbelievable amounts in the Bay Area, finding reasonable rentals has gotten much harder. This place is a small friendly complex that is well managed by a resident manager. They are helpful and good people. The neighbors are friendly too. Some people have been here a long time. Repairs are done by professionals or sometimes by the owner. The laundry room is clean and convenient. There are no obnoxious party people that play their music all night and keep people up. The ...location is easy to get to highways 17, 280 and the 85. Westgate Shopping Center is down the street. There is a Safeway across the street with a Starbucks. You'll find a Burger King, McDonald's and Wendy's (love the chili and frostys!), all within one mile for am coffee or a fast meal. Checkers Pizza is AWESOME and they are a block away. The liquor store is next door if you get a six pack of beer to go with that delicious pizza! They allow kitties and charge only a modest $25 in pet rent. PetSmart is across the street. There are cheaper places to rent on Hamilton Ave. We looked at some. One was managed by an angry rude lady who screamed at one tenant while we were touring. She was freaking out about a tricycle (!) was as mad as if the toddler sprayed graffiti on her door. Imagine what living here would be like. Trista and Masai, are laid back and would never have treated a tenant so poorly, like second class citizens. They are not pacing around, looking for things to go off about. It is a place where someone trying to keep their rent down, to be able afford to stay in the Bay Area, could live and be happy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
