Osborn Place Apartments

a management company so carelessly neglect the needs of its tenants. There is a wooden walkway from the parking lot to the second floor apartments that is gravely unsafe, has gaping holes, exposed rusted nails and is clearly on its last limb. This walkway is not safe for adults or children. My bathtub was backed up for months and it took months to repair the tub. My move out experience was less than desirable. It took 8 phone calls & 4 emails before CAM properties would acknowledge my 60 day notice. Upon moving out, I dropped my keys and signed a form stating such drop off. I received a call the next day in which a gal said, "so, I see you weren't able to drop off your keys yesterday". I said I did in fact drop keys and had a copy of the sheet I signed stating I had dropped off keys. She then said, "Oh, it must be this paper right in front of me". I later received a phone call asking for my forwarding address (this information was previously provided) for the refund on my deposit. I was charged $400 for full paint with no proof of damages and $80 for carpet cleaning (I had the carpet cleaned prior to move out). This management company is severely lacking integrity. CAM Properties is greedy, untrustworthy, erroneous, deceitful, unprofessional, incompetent and unresponsive. This is exemplified by their complete neglect of the property and their tenants. I will never rent from CAM properties or recommend to any prospective tenants. I profoundly advocate any prospective tenant spend comparable money and live elsewhere. Cheers!
