November 6, 2024Outlook Golden Ridge is a lovely place to live. The location is absolutely amazing with a less than 10 minute walk to the light rail that goes directly to Denver and a mile from Apex trailhead, as well as walking/biking trails that lead right into downtown Golden. This is a prime location to live. Our management and maintenance team are fantastic. We appreciate everything Connie, Alyssa, Jeff and Nick do for us and for the community.Property Manager Responded

Connie and Alyssa do an excellent job creating a real community with social events, introducing residents to each other, being accepting of dogs, etc. They made my move-in process very easy. They go above and beyond to make things simple. Location is fantastic, too, with trails in your backyard! Close to both 6 and 70 and downtown.Property Manager Responded
