March 5, 2026One of the best aspects about living at the Outpost is the maintenance system. They’re incredibly efficient at addressing maintenance requests (got our dryer situation solved, AC runs better than ever, even replaced the kitchen lights when they needed a replacement). They genuinely care and seem to be reading the request descriptions in detail in order to bring the proper equipment. So far it’s been really chill living here. My roommates are great (the system that matches tenants based on ...shared values/patterns works well). No complaints whatsoever.Property Manager Responded

March 3, 2026I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. It’s super close to the university, which makes getting to class quick and easy. The neighborhood feels safe and peaceful, and everything you need is nearby. The amenities are also a big plus such as the gym, pool, and study areas are clean and well-maintained.
