Disappointment
December 13, 2022I have lived here under stress due to Maintenace issues since day one. The roach infestation was awful to beat took the 1st 3 months to get control. My closet has flooded a total of 5 times over the past 9 months due to bricks missing from the wall. The brick problem has never been fixed only patched so every time it rains, I flood. The owner his self has offered to let us move but that's not so easy Sir!! I pay the rent every month just fix the problem!!!!! Peace
October 14, 2016I have come to like these apartments much, and seriously thinking about renewing my lease for another year. I am not going to lie when I first moved in there were some issues that had me heated, it seemed disorganized and unprofessional at times, but over a little time, the problems were resolved by the office manager Katheryn who was very calm and worked hard to resolve the issues and helped me. Far as the apartment community its very quiet and peaceful, I have lived at the back and now stay ...right at the front, and both ends were quiet, I don't hear alot of loud music, or people hanging out in the parking lot or around your area. The property is kept clean, maintenance is pretty quick on getting to orders usually within 24-48 hours. I really like my apartment though I have the bigger one bedroom its spacious, new appliances, painted with the brownish color and cozy. They are striving to make it better and better they recently had movie night on the lawn, game night and other activities, and I'm hoping that the fitness center hurry and opens. Overall is what you make it, but I haven't had any problem with violence or hood activities. February 17, 2016I lived there FOR 3 YEARS, they use to be okay now they are TERRIBLE!.. The COURTSEY OFFICERS are NOT VISIBLE AND THEY ARE LAZY. MATENANCE SUCKS. Two Ladies have got guns pulled on them in with in the past year. One siting in here car and the other leaving for work at the gate. It's not up to date .in most pats I can say mine it has old painted cabinets.the paint scratches off they don't prime them.old appliances paint over the tubs.half fix things do not have a exercise room .every ca cabinet. is chocolate looks like its melted if you touch it your fingers would be covered.and no big closets and a baby size. Trying makes a difference.
July 31, 2015I live in an apartment complex that used to be drug infested. At one point they where on the brink of foreclosure but someone stepped in and rescued us from facing homelessness. They are not the grandest of apartments but management tries to make it a place of peace and safety. It's a friendly place that I don't mind living. If management puts forth the effort in trying to make a difference, a difference will be seen. The act of trying to make a difference, made a difference.
