No maintenance, no updates.

I have seen this complex go downhill rapidly since 2003. It's ashame because it was really well managed by a couple who owned it. The pool wasn't buried. The atrium was always swepted each day. There was no garbage strewn about. It was clean and very well maintained. Why people want to be greedy and drain a place of everything is beyond me. I have found out that the maintenance is minimal at best becayse they don't want to put any money into the property. To bad. The place had potential. You see ...

I used to live on both sides. Visited not to long ago and it kind of broke my heart......just a dump now.
