If you dont have your car registered in your name, meaning your mother or children father maybe bought you your car for you, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARK NEAR YOUR UNIT AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TOWED. This PROPERTY HAS VERY LIMITED VISITORS PARKING WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO BE HOME DAILY BY 5PM OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK AT OUR NEIGHBHORHOOD STORE. This property DoESN'T care about YOU, YOUR CHILDREN, YOUR MAINTANCE REQUEST WILL NOT GET DONE, in one, not in two, or three, try OVER A ...

MONTH. This property is now being DICATATED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONS (rich people that look down on the poor & making it a MAJOR SETBACK & has turned this place to where the rich s helpingbthe rich get rich off the poor. Its a lady that have people coming knocking on our doors lying to assist with child care, medical & dentist appts, boys and girls scouts just to try & collect our childern medcaid numbers , monies, our childern social security numbers. Then we never hear back from the businesses after getting our persnal information to faslely submit claims to get paid off our childern information. You have to go thru inspections which is great , HOWEVER, it becomes a problem every other month because the office staff changes like you change clothes so they loose your paperwork therefore You have to get reinspected. Its people that pays $700-1000 not on Housing abd still ISN'T allowed to park near her unit because her unlce got her car in his name and he financing the car, got to pay off the loan in order to switch names on the title, guess what she just got the car a year ago & its a five year term so she wont be able to park near her unit until then. Now is that fair Its raining, you got your 3 kids plus you live in the back, so you park by your house for a second, your car will be towed. You better have $218 instantly to retrieve your vehicle.
