We love our unit here. The neighbors don't bother us, we have a great view, and the management team is very responsive with service requests.

Living downstairs is the worst!!

My roommate and I moved into this apartment mid January, and have not been able to get any peace in our own home. Not only are the upstairs neighbors extremely loud (work from home and have a dog that runs around constantly), but floorboards/soundboards definitely need to be replaced. It’s like living under a bowling alley. As many times as we’ve addressed this, management, just ignores our our requests. I’ve had multiple maintenance issues, and put in several work orders, which also were ...

ignored, so I hired someone to fix them at my expense. I can’t list bunch of negatives, without mentioning the positives - this place has an amazing view, it’s a great neighborhood, and all of our neighbors are very friendly and a pleasure to live near. If ownership/management would put the appropriate soundproofing upstairs, I’m sure this place would be amazing! I work in the industry, and I would never let requests like this go unanswered.
