This has been the worst experience of my life. I have had nonstop harassment from disrespectful neighbors and the manager refuses to address any issues whatsoever. She’s never in the office and if she is it’s extremely brief. Work orders are 2-6 months before they are addressed IF ADDRESSED AT ALL. absolutely terrible experience STAY AWAY.

Apartments are beautiful inside and out BUT that does not matter at all! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Do not live here, they do not accommodate you at all, they don’t help you fix any issues or concerns. Work orders take a long time to be completed, trash is all over the place, there’s so many issues to be mentioned. We’ve been having also issues with upstairs neighbors that we have complained about multiple times and called the authorities because of loud noises and music, trash in our ...
balcony that was thrown and the office managers do NOT do anything to help you with. No matter how much proof you provide, from photos, videos etc. It’s all about FAVORITISM. The amount of emails we sent to management is massive! Upstairs neighbors barely get a notice so they can stop. Don’t get fooled by how nice the apartments look. If there’s any complaints you have that need to be addressed they’ll just ignore you. You will spend the rest of your lease so angry that you will never think of stepping your foot here again. Choose wisely because they don’t care about you. 0 stars!!
