Clean Up!
March 11, 2019I just moved in and I am very pleased with my apartment. I just have one concern. The grounds need to be upkept a little better. Maybe if they can power wash the grounds and they really need to paint the floors because they look very dirty. Other than that, the place is nice.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful
October 11, 2015Palm Gardens is a great neighborhood. I have lived here for 3 years and have not had one bad neighbor. The area could use a community pool, but the courts and playground are more than enough to keep entertained. Safety patrol are always on duty and are very friendly.Review from Apartments.com
