Roach infested, bugs in my fridge, dishes, and food. Trash and garbage everywhere the dumpster is always overflowing. Random people dragging and collecting trash. More pot holes I can count on my fingers ! Don’t move here not worth the money or rent increases

I lived at Palm West and the units are heavily infested with roaches. The pest control is a joke, they spay a pin size drop of water. The bugs comes from other units. The crime rate is so high. A young man was shot 6 times in the neighborhood. Plenty drug dealers....

Peor lugar. Infectado de cucarachas, punto de drogas, Mucha delincuencia. Rompen cristales para Roban. No es un lugar seguro, escaleras y pasillos sucios, El lugar apesta siempre, siempre sucio, parking oscuros y muy mala administración. Nunca reparan nada, No Contestan llamadas, no les importa.

First and foremost let me tell you the staff are RUDE AND CARELESS AS EVER TOWARDS THE RESIDENTS !!!! you have to run them down like your about to rob them for something to be done in your house. Neighborhood has gotten better but maintenance does not keep up with anything to make the neighborhood look nice. worst mistake ever. im so ready to move

My boyfriend and I toured this complex a few months ago. From far away it looked ok, but as the manager was walking us to one of the units, there was all sorts of garbage and spillage on the stairs. Not to mention the horrid smells in the hallways and in the unit itself. If that wasn't enough to dissuade me from this place, the manager even admitted he didn't want us living here because of it's surroundings. He implied it was not a good environment, especially for myself coming home at night.
