Avoid
September 13, 2024I’m beyond disappointed with the conditions. The apartment has a serious roach problem that management has failed to address, despite multiple complaints from myself and other tenants. It’s disgusting to see these pests crawling around constantly, and it’s affected my quality of life. On top of that, the overall maintenance of the building is terrible. Requests take forever to be addressed, and when they do respond, it’s a temporary fix. The lack of cleanliness and proper upkeep is unacceptable, ...especially considering the rent prices.
