professional cleaning lady come in to do the final cleaning before turning in the keys. Not only did she clean the apartment but also scrubbed the carpet. I told them when I turned in the keys that the apartment was cleaned, and the floors even shined (something that was not shined when I took the keys over). When I received my refund check I had money deducted for carpet cleaning and apartment cleaning. When I called and asked about what needed cleaned, I was told that the floors and kitchen and bathroom were dirty. I had pictures but they refused to see them when I told them it was professionally cleaned. There were always cockroaches through the apartment. I would kill them until I had to move to the hospital. My parents hired the cleaning lady and moved my belonging to a storage unit. They even when into my apartment without my permission to bug spray when I was not home. My parents came into the apartment once and there were two men at my kitchen sink there was never a note on the door to tell them who they were. The two men did not speak English. When my parents asked who they were and what they wanted they were told “Yes” My parents did not know who they were. They went to the office and asked about the two men and was told they were repairing a broken light socket. My friend when to my apartment once and the door was unlocked and ajar. Nothing was taken and a police report was sent. Office said that they were not aware of anyone going into my apartment. So, if you want to have no privacy then move into these apartments. If not run and run far far away DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

If you don't mind waiting 9 months or more for repairs, shootings,homeless people sleeping oh the Ramada benches or the laundry room dumpsters running over with trash and furniture, gas explosions in a unit that is electric, and a front office that is not aware of anything even after you have verbally made the aware then this is the place for you. kids passed out in cars. The person living behind me has the music turned loud, all I hear is boom, boom, boom and repeated request for quite falls on their deaf ears. Renters will steal any thing not nailed down. The cops are here constantly with babies being killed, drug dealers, children gone missing, drunks and fools cursing foul language at the pools. Going in to the laundry room can be a horror, you never know what you will find. Check your lease over well they tried to commit fraud on by giving me one price but at closing added additional fees they do not mention.
