Panther Creek Parc is an amazing apartment complex. When I moved in the office staff was great at helping me get in quickly during a rainstorm! The landscaping is very well done, the amenities are great, including a tanning bed, great gym, and pool! Maintenance always completes jobs in a timely manner. Proximity to the interstate and the Avenue is a huge plus. This apartment complex is by far the best bang for your buck in the 'boro!

I moved in about a month ago and it's been amazing... I've had a few issues with the apartment but they fixed them the next day! I've looked around over 20 apartments and honestly panther creek is the best option.. like what apartment has a tanning bed!!!! And it's free!!!! They also have a free personal gym trainer which is amazing!!! They are so layed back and acuttaly let you work on your cars (which is the main reason we choose this place) everyone here is so nice and respectful.. the staff ...

are really sweet and caring... I highly recommend this place!!!

Just renewed, I love it here! Favorite things: trees/landscaping (ever notice how bare other communities are?), huge kitchen, dog-friendly, quiet, quick maintenance, easy I-24 access. They're very accommodating to make you feel at home compared to other places I've lived.

I have lived here for 4 years and I have loved it! I recently had a leak in my apartment and had to leave for a day due to the hazard risk.. maintenance and the office went above and beyond to let me stay in another apartment here while mine was being fixed! Any issue within your apartment gets fixed so quick. Living in a place that actually cares and listens to you is amazing!

I love this complex very much. Maintenance here is awesome. I just moved in 2 weeks ago and had a couple of minor issues that were promptly addressed. As far as management, I guess they’re ok as long as you don’t have a problem. I’ve got some very noisy upstairs neighbors. These people should not live above anyone. They don’t sit still when they’re home so I’m grateful for the quiet when they aren’t. I’ve recorded the noise and sent to management who said they have done their part in trying to ...

my gf and I recently moved here in August 2020 and I must say this place is a beautiful as it looks in person. The staff from leasing to maintenance are amazing especially Chad one of the leasing agents. We originally came down here looking at another place but there were issue contacted this apartment complex on a friday and they had us moved in by monday morning. The gated community has a big pool, gym, pet wash and car wash area as well as a doggy park for the pups. The apartment we got is a ...

one bedroom and has a beautiful open floor plan and nice size patio. Parking is a little tough sometimes but as we all know people have more than one cars. But other than that this gated community is a great place to live in Murfreesboro and right next to interstate 24. Neighborhood walmart right down the street. OH!! yea they also have trash pick up 5 days of the week.
