Landlord is Lazy

There truly isnt enough recent reviews to warn future tenants of the problems. Not only does the landlord disregard your privacy With not warning you when maintance will be entering your home, she’ll disregard any complaints you have. There’s also a heavy problem with possums and the gate is usually broken. It’s a last resort option or a temporary stay. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

You can literally hear everything. From downstairs neighbors or side neighbors everything can be heard. Very old and they have a rodent problem. There were always flying roaches outside my door.

Great service and communication. loved how everyone trusted in each other not to take anything. gave 3 stars cuz the apartment itself is in need of some kind of update and not just fixed to fix, but actually buy new parts, not just to pass. All in all good place just not the best
