Utility Bills are very uncertain and very high $250/month per family.
February 18, 2019The utilities bill are very high in this area. The utility charges for 1 BHK (one family) apartment is $250 per month that was only $128 only 6 months before. They started to increase the utility bills around 25% each month and the current bill is $250 in winter season. There is 100% hike in their utility charges in compare to previous year. Sometimes, they offered a less rent but they indirectly charge it.Review from Apartments.com
