    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY A few things to mention after I lived here for nearly 2 years 1) When we moved in May 2020, the apartment wasn’t ready for us to move in so we had to wait until the evening to move in which made an already difficult move in more difficult. They showed no sympathy and did nothing for us. 2) When we were thinking about moving out this year they wouldn’t provide us with the new monthly rates or our 60 day notice so I had to call the regional wasatch communities ...
    office and get their regional director to help with the situation because the management did nothing about it. Finally after escalating to regional management they got me the new rates, which were too high so we moved out. 3) Upon moving out they do a walkthrough and charge you for everything possible. We had a professional cleaner come and clean the house and it was cleaner than when we moved in; yet they chose to charge us for crumbs in the pantry, water marks in the sink and dishwasher, and tiny marks on the oven. The pictures they provided as “evidence” were a joke. Expect to be ripped off when you move out. Even a professional cleaning won’t help you.

    Beautiful apartments and kind staff. Everything was fine until move out. Watch out, Wasatch property management will attempt to take as much as possible from you at move out without providing useful information. A pet deposit is not a deposit it is a "fee". It will not go towards move out costs. They also disable your access to your resident portal at your move out date so you cannot access information to dispute charges. Unfortunate final experience with this beautiful property. Save yourself ...

    This property was awesome and the staff was great when we moved in. New management took over in around March or April and it's been all down hill. Really poor customer service, we've been told different stories from different staff members. First we owe them money for something, then we don't and should be refunded. Great community, but don't move in. Management is a nightmare.

I cannot say enough great things about them! They made finding the right apartment, the application process, and moving in all a breeze. The office staff is so friendly, and the price is perfect!     perfect with bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment, tons of space (with lots of storage) and a 2.5 car garage! Every time I have guests over, I get compliment after compliment and I LOVE coming home! I've never had ANY major problems, and the little nit-picky things I've asked for were always done in a matter on MINUTES. My neighbors are respectful and friendly, the community is beautiful and always well kept, the amenities fit anyone's life-style and the location is perfect. Were tucked back in, on a quite, private road, but you can get to any store/mall/gas station in 2-5 minutes. The Parc is a 5 star as you can get! I recommend it to anyone and everyone! It's definitely a wonderful place to call home!
