the rent rises each year; apartments are not equal- some have newer appliances and cabinets and ceiling fans, others do not. The biggie is the air conditioning and heat are turned on for the entire building at the same time. The building manager sometimes acts like the money comes from her pocket and waits to turn it in, meaning that there are a few weeks where the building is uncomfortable ( note- their offices are not on the same system and they have it on when we don't have access to air conditioning). All in all- a good place to live.

Although I never used it, a shuttle runs to a couple of grocery stores on the weekend. 2) You have to hike a bit to get to fun nightlife things; Downtown didn't really have much to do after dark. 3) The heat and AC are individually controlled BUT you can only turn them on or off (you can't set a temperature), which is irritating.
