May 11, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI love my new townhome at Park on Eldridge. This small community has brought a lot of joy into my life, it is so peaceful and quiet. I needed something close to all major intersections and this is a great locations. I get to downtown in 25 mins with the tollway being so close by. My apartment is huge! The private bedroom in the Townhome is like no other. Thank you Zaira, you truly are awesome!

March 25, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comPeace and quiet is what you get! I love my new apartment, Zaira is so understanding and sweet. My new apartment is 1000 Sq ft!!!!! I absolutely love it, the layout is beautiful and nothing I’ve ever seen before. The community is so quiet and I have my own covered parking spot. The park is nearby and I can get my cardio in. You will love it here too, do not think twice.

Great view from the balcony of the surrounding parks - Trees, Lakes and running trails. good schools, covered parking, maintenance issues always get fixed and we have a great property manager. I would absolutely recommend living here!

September 29, 2015 - Review from Apartments.commanagement can never be found. no maintenance to fix things. roaches everywhere. landscaping is terrible. bad everything overall. please rethink if you want to move here!!!! bad idea!!!
