The apartment is beautiful, clean and neat. All the staff is really helpful Brittany help me with the application process and the move in Process.

Nice and pretty place on the begin until you find out it is full of rats and they get in side of your apartment coming under the kitchen gabinetes, you can listen all the rats thru the wall making a complete mess and also going thru the AC conducts, really bad. In two month I have already 5 rats and pretty much I’m leaving with rats trap in every single Corner and of the apartment. And worst part is that Im been complaining at the office many times and the first Solution was bring 2 rats tramps ...

and the rest I buy it my self because of course who can leave like that, after months they not fixing the situation like they don’t care. I glad I have a clean and organize place and I notice quick about this because I cannot imagine other wise. So today Onuace one under my oven I stop at the office the manager is not coming back till Monday great! And they said whenever the maintenance guy can he will come by to pick it up but who know about to fix it. So this is the real situation at this place sadly because from the outside looks like a descent place but the management and how they don’t care about this situation is sucks. Honestly I wish I can have my deposit at least back and move to a descent place as soon as can. Unbelievable. Think twice before if your don’t want to leave with rats.

My husband and I recently moved here and absolutely love it. The Vilas are all redone with new flooring, stainless steel appliances, lighting and paint. The pool is gorgeous. Workout room looks great. ( too busy and/or lazy to try it lol). Nice laundry facilities. Ample parking as well. Pablo was out agent and he is awesome. Thx Sharryl
