Living here has been a nightmare
July 27, 2023I want to warn everyone about the terrible building conditions at Park Point Apartments. The place is falling apart! The walls have cracks, and the ceilings leak when it rains. The heating and cooling systems don't work properly, making it unbearable in extreme weather.Property Manager Responded
December 17, 2024Thank you for your feedback. In the last two years we have made some major upgrade's in the units and common areas. We have since replaced a water heater and a boiler. We apologize your experience was less than desirable.

Management not responsive
June 6, 2022This is supposed to be smoke free, but management doesn't enforce it. Neighbor vapes and/or smokes weed several times per day. I've tried many times to get mgmt to do something about it but they won't. They don't even respond to my emails anymore.Review from Apartments.com
Only live here as a last resort.
January 25, 2022There has been a lot of turn over with the maintenance staff and it takes a long time to get anything fixed. Management has to be contacted multiple times for any issue as they seem disorganized and likely spread too thin. Overall building maintenance has declined significantly over the last two years.Review from Apartments.com
