Horrible owner/ bad management
November 30, 2021
Apartment not ready upon move in date then I was Displaced for thanksgiving due to plumping issues, owner says it's not his fault. Was kinda rude not understanding at all. My mom flew in from out of town and had to suffer in a small hotel room for 5 days. Holiday completely ruined and the apartment is still not ready on return date very sad I chose this place save your money beware!!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

The pictures look great but the apartment complex looks very trashy and cheap, I would be embarrassed to live here. I'm thankfully not a resident but I was interested in renting a townhouse here. I made an online appointment for 1 pm but they didn't schedule it because their lunchtime is from 1 pm - 1:30 pm. Then why did they have a 1 pm available on their website? I rescheduled for 3 pm and no one was to be found at their office. I called and left multiple voicemails but no one answered or ...
called back. I waited for an hour in a 100 degrees just for a lady to come back into the office and rudely tell me to go away because they have no availabilities. Their website said they had multiple units available and they never told me otherwise on the phone either. Terrible management and their employees need to learn to talk politely to strangers.
