Awful Management and Corporate
November 3, 2023We have been trying to call the apt for 2 months and corporate office. We have left messages for them to contact us back no answer. The management is awful I went down to tell them about the alarm wasn't working and there kids in the house. I told them that wasn't safe and they needed to come and have battery replace. They did nothing. I called and emailed the corporate office nothing they're just as bad has the apartment complex. I wouldn't rent from the apt inside is old appliance from AC, ...stove, dishwasher, fridge spend your money somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t do it.
November 15, 2018The community (neighbors) are nice, and the apartment is spacious, but I’m pretty sure these buildings are infested with German cockroaches, among other pest. No matter how many times I request pest control (if they come, I can’t tell) it does nothing. There are cracks and holes for pest to crawl out of. My apartment is kept clean; no food is left out, everything is in containers, they’re no sitting water. Requesting anything from these apartments is useless. Even when they make “repairs”, ...nothing is repaired. You can’t speak them face to face because if you work around 9am and get off around 5pm during the week you’ve missed them. They’re closed on the weekends so can’t even get a Saturday like MOST apartments. A new company needs to take over, or they need to hire new staff.
