Pool hasn't been open in 2 years, even tho advertised on this website as pool/spa No dishwasher, no wshr/dryer hookups. Dirty laundry room. Office open 2 days a week. Now they are removing every blade of grass, and replacing with rocks(in mis-matched colors!) - how pet friendly are rocks Looks horrible, & w/ no air conditioning, tenants will swelter in summer!!! Moving out asap. BBQ area No. Locked up in the pool area. Playground w/rocks! RAISING the rent- higher than comparable apts with ...
dishwasher and pool, and grass. They changed the name to Park VIEW.Not a blade of grass, you can only view it at the park across the street!

Lots of move in and outs. Lots of tenants let their dogs poo on the side walk but most pick it up. Rent is cheap though. No bugs other than an ant here or too. Moving out tomorrow tho.
