What a joke this place turned out to be. If you enjoy terrible customer service then this is the place for you! If you have any dignity stay far away from this place!! I would live at a homeless shelter before i ever rented from them!!!

I've been living here for 5 years now and I must let you know the truth about this place. Its definitely livable and cheap. But at the end of the day you get what you pay for. They always changing new management so if something wrong you need to take care of it immediately. I Notice i live on the good side i guess. Horrible experience

The apartment complex changes management time and time again. Problems are not fixed or are not looked into for months. The health department has closed the pools for the last 3 years. The information is never consistent. They never give you a straight answer. It smells horrible in some areas, trashes overflowing, and homeless everywhere. No security that cares. I recommend not living here if you get the chance.

I stayed here for 4 1/2 years the first 3 years was great until they continued to go threw different property managements. Every new management that came said I owed over $900 in back rent. They didn't have no receipts that showed that rent was being paid from the previous management. I had to always verify with the receipts I saved to show that I paid my rent on time. Never had a roach problem until the 4th year when new tenants moved in an my apartment was roach infested. The tenants ran that ...

I'm a current tenant. I love the layout of my 3 bedroom apartment. We have a huge patio, hardwood floors, and a gas range... The price is great! But some of the other tenants living here are awful. There's shouting at all hours, we constantly smell marijuana, there's frequent police activity, and most of the units have missing window screens and trashed patios. Kids roam around unsupervised all the time, and I don't feel safe letting my children go outside. Cigarette butts and garbage litter the ...

walkways. The grounds need some serious TLC, and you should avoid the laundry facilities. The management is so nice and friendly, and they won't bother you if you're quiet and don't cause problems. But we just do not feel safe living here. I'm sorry to say that we will not be renewing our lease.

Moving in next week. great staff. heidi is a asset to the staff she was so helpful and honest through the whole process, felt like I was in good hands with her, she's the one to go to when getting a place there. I can't wait to move in. Its a clean and quite lots of fun places for kids to play.
