Going downhill.
November 21, 2021Management has turned a blind eye to problem tenants. This used to be a well kept property but no longer. The ground floor tenants have cut out the screens on the patio to enter without using the front door effectively circumventing the security of the building. As a neighbor they did not respond to complaints about the tenant who left his dog unattended around the clock on the patio and barked non-stop for days. If you see someone running the stop signs with their stereo blaring you can be ...pretty sure they will turn into this building.
