Don't move here!!

When I moved in, the apartment was not in move in condition. The apartment was very dirty, the toilet didn't work (and I only had one bathroom), the frame to my door was busted, all of the window frames were cracked, all of the screens had holes in them, my kitchen sink barley spits out water, my carbon monoxide detector and one of my smoke detector didn't work, and so many more issues. It has been over 2 months now and those issues still aren't resolved. I call multiple times a day to see if ...
maintenance is coming and I keep being told that they are coming later but they never do. Also, whenever it rains, water comes down through the fireplace and they still haven't sent anyone to fix the roof. Additionally, the made it extremely difficult to move here from out of state and when I got here, they didn't have my mail key or gym key ready for me. It took nearly two weeks to get my mail key and gym key. In the whole time I've been here, the gym has been closed. Additionally, I've had roaches in my apartment and I keep my apartment very clean. Those are only some of the many problems I have encountered while living here (and it has only been two months...)

Hello again, thanks again for your comments. As we've investigated who this might be, we have a resident for whom we recently made a doorframe crack repair. There was also a request to replace windows, which are slated for replacement in each building of the community. In the case of the mail key, we're sorry you didn't get it sooner. There may be some confusion as it is typically provided after we receive some additional information from you upon move-in. In regard to the fitness center, we're making repairs and look forward to reopening as soon as possible.
