Parkside Apartments

to mgmt. but they didnt care . this place is unsafe for children with the amount of police and drugs going on daily. Granted this was back in 2017-18 but i cannot believe during Covid things improved . go look somewhere else

here that I have been robed... I would not wish this on anyone looking for a place to call home. If this saves one person form the horror we have gone through it is worth it. Thank you.

a fenced backyard, I wanted a ground floor apartment with access to the grass area (check mark) that was easy. I needed an open floor plan to fit our obnoxious couch (another check mark). Lastly pet friendly (check again)! I couldn't believe it, after the amazing tour, my fiancé and I filled out the application. Guess what? We was approved and the process after was as smooth as could be. I paid the move in amount and scheduled my date of move in. There was only one bad experience and that was actually moving my furniture from the truck into my new home. Who would enjoy that? Honestly what make this place so great, beside the amazing office staff, everyone is so involved within the community. There is always some treat day going on in the office, there are frequent events which is great so you can get to know who you live near and make new friends. There is a new playground and built in gas BBQ grills. With plenty of grassy areas, this place is one of the most pet friendly places around. The area itself is great because you are so close to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping stores AND just across the street is an empty grass lot which is PERFECT for fetch, watching the sky (when it’s not too hot outside). Did I mention that there is also an onsite gym? Well there is with plenty of equipment so you won't get bored of the same thing. The swimming pool has been my favorite amenity by far. It’s a great way to cool down, never overcrowded. Overall I love my home, I do not plan to ever leave! Unless I finally purchase a home. I really hope this helps in you finding that Parkside Apartments is a wonderful place to call home and is unmatched. :) P.S. I forgot to mention the office staff make some really funny videos to announce when the pool will be opening or closing. I can guarantee the videos will make you LAUGH!

actually like them . Yes, it is possible . Parkside Apartments sound almost to good to be true, but they work hard to be the best . I give them my highest recommendation and praise . It's a difficult business , but they rank at the top!

creaky and loud. I can hear every single step my neighbors take above me, and it doesn't help that they own a very active lab! I can also hear the conversations of the neighbors next door to me quite clearly. I have a 4 month old son and he has a difficult time falling asleep because of how loud these apartments are. Another negative, there are police cars here nearly every week. I was awfully surprised about this considering how high the rent is and how highly these apartments think of themselves. I have only lived here for one year but for the last 6 months, I have been desperately searching for a place to move! If you are considering moving here, please think twice!

going to have issue with sound and your occasional bothersome neighbor /pets anywhere you go.The amenities, staff, and maintenance are what make the place great.
