Where do I begin...If you love the smell or pot, dog pee, or poop this is the place for you! Residents allow their pets to use the hallways and elevators as a restroom and with interior corridors the smell of pot is thick. I was lucky that I had a great neighbor that I hardly ever heard a noise from but be warned that the noise from your apartment travels straight through the door and into the hallway (ex: TV, Music, kids screaming, dogs barking, and adult playtime).

above isn't even the worst part of this property. Lincoln Property Management has taken the gold medal on that. This is a huge property with minimal staff causing wait times to be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour plus before anyone is available to help you. Don't even bother trying to reach them by phone because you will only ever get the answering service. The impression that has been made on me especially from the women that work there is that they would rather hide in an office together with the door closed so they don't have to be bothered by people. This of course leaves all the work to the guys that are there. Newsflash....It’s a glass door and we can see you sitting in there.
As a future tenant your biggest concern should be LPM's inability to keep proper records. I had two storage units, only one was ever documented correctly on my lease the other unit is my neighbors and has never been mine. I had to go back to the leasing office to update my lease with the correct information and resign, strangely enough it still has the wrong info even though I watched it be updated. Not sure how they did that one. Because of all of this they leased out the storage unit with all my belongings have done little to nothing to make it right.
It is true that this location has some great amenities. The pools, the workout rooms, no breed restrictions on dogs, and the food trucks. Give yourself a moment to stop and ask the question, is it worth it? If you decide to live here, I wish you the best.... You’re gonna need it.
