Management no longer takes good care of the property or care about who they let become tenants. I have been here for almost two years now and will be running from this place as soon as my lease is up. The apartment itself is decent but the neighbors and neighborhood ruin that for you.

Have lived at Parkwest for 3 years. Love living at this small community. Very quiet. Recently updated. They are all 1 bdrms. Amenities are washer/dryer, whirlpool baths & walk in shower. Very friendly neighbors. Great place to call home.
