Community is quiet. Building is looks good outside but inside is a little overused. So many issues when I moved in and we are still dealing with coacroaches everyday. My daughter gets scared to death when she sees these coacroaches. I reported to the apartment but I think the problem can no be solved with just extermination. Leasing agent never showed the room to us. Dont know why but I just didn't like it. The room that we selected at the time of application was also swapped. Wish they had made ...
the process a little transparent especially for someone moving from out of state and didn't know they had 2 apartments complexes under one management.

For our 2bed appt, we have only one parking, we ask multiple times to pay and have one parking spot, since we have two cars, never resolved, sometimes my husband parking his car in the shopping centers, and walked back to the appt, that is not safe at all.

The leasing agents are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance staff is the same. No complaints about them at all. I feel that the apartments are overpriced given the surrounding neighborhood where drug addicts and vagrants are frequently loitering. I also dislike required valet trash service adding to my cost. And, parking is an issue, which IMO, at the price point here, it shouldn't be.
