So many issues when I moved in and we are still dealing with coacroaches everyday. My daughter gets scared to death when she sees these coacroaches. I reported to the apartment but I think the problem can no be solved with just extermination. Leasing agent never showed the room to us. Dont know why but I just didn't like it. The room that we selected at the time of application was also swapped. Wish they had made ...the process a little transparent especially for someone moving from out of state and didn't know they had 2 apartments complexes under one management.Read More

I feel that the apartments are overpriced given the surrounding neighborhood where drug addicts and vagrants are frequently loitering. I also dislike required valet trash service adding to my cost. And, parking is an issue, which IMO, at the price point here, it shouldn't be.
