I have lived at this property for many years and the community has gone downhill. My car has been vandalized, there have been arrests in the parking lot, there are drug deals, drug use, packages stolen, etc. There are abandoned cars parked in the lot and management does nothing to remove them. When concerns are reported to the management company, they do nothing and tell you to call the police. There is no manger/staff onsite and there are no cameras onsite. The rent is low, but buyer ...

Overall I like the apartment my only issues are when someone moves out the apartments should be cleaned a lot better and some things really need to be updated like appliances and showers. Also an online rent payment system is needed its stressful to have to mail or bring the payment to the office when it's not located on the premises when you work all day and don't really trust mailing it.

These by far have been the most excellent apartments to live i regretted the moment I moved but i miss the quiet time there it the place you can call home for sure
