Pecan Ridge Apartments

been super responsive with anything I call about. Most of the time cares about the residents and likes what she does. She's a total professional- but is still very warm and has a good sense of humor, too (which I would imagine you'd need dealing with 300 people like me! haha). The other person in the office is the manager, Natalie- I think she is a little more "behind the scenes" but if she's the one who keeps things running as smoothly as they do, then she is awesome, too! I know that she stays well-informed because I've never had to re-explain anything I was calling about. Same with the maintenance guys- they arrive informed of my issue and with the right tools to do the job - (this shows that there is good communication). I usually get Steve and he's great - very nice and cares about people. They are sensitive to the fact that i have a large dog who's afraid of men and we work together to make visits as stress-free as possible for everyone involved. Everyone Ive encountered from Ridgeway (where their leasing office is) are all professional, kind, and friendly. I'm pretty sure everyone who works there lives at one of the properties, so that's a good sign too. Ive personally never seen a roach here and there is a pest company that comes regularly (I think) to spray as a preventative measure. I do keep all my food sealed in ziplock bags or Tupperware anyway, (which is good practice no matter where you live), I simply love the location of my place - I'm right next to a big park and I feel super safe in the neighborhood even when I walk my dog late at night. Gorgeous, quiet, close to highways and town. in my opinion SERVICE can make or break any experience- even apartments! Timeliness, knowledgeability, and understanding go a long way in my book. Whether its responding to my maintenance needs, answering my questions, or helping me decide which unit would be best for me - Ridgeway has always nailed it for me every time. First class!
