This place has hit a new low

This used to be a really nice property, there used to be a top-notch maintenance team, and once upon a time even friendly office staff. Sadly this is no longer the case, the new maintenance team can care less, the supervisor is unfriendly and unhelpful, work orders are slow to be completed and the general service is poor. The office staff has gotten worse every year, and the care of the property with it. The Gym is outdated, having been here many years, I can tell you that no equipment has been ...

changed, the place is in poor condition. The space in the Gym can be used in a much more efficient manner. Privacy is not respected by the new staff and paying a very high rent you are made to feel like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to leave here. There is also gang activity in the complex, since some of the law enforcement that used to live here has moved out, and thugs have moved in. The new security company is also useless when it comes to this. There are characters roaming around the neighborhood that look like extras in a Friday movie. Sadly this once safe and well taken care of property has fallen into the wrong hands. I moved out this December after many years living here and fell very sad for those staying behind in this overpriced and outdated community.

I have been a resident at Pembroke Cove since 2013 and I can tell you that it is a well kept property and the amenities are nice and kid friendly. I have been working with Nancy since I have lived here and she is always very attentive and is willing to get you what you need ASAP. The maintenance staff is very friendly and they get the job done no matter what the request is for the units. I highly recommend Pembroke Cove.

This place was an excellent stop to live, if you liked privacy, a quiet area yet in an excellent location. No longer the case, new management comes up with new rules every week, they like to make threats in their memos and letters to the tenants, she have inspections every other week for one reason or the other, it is a nightmare if you enjoy privacy and do not want to be disturb. It feels like at times they might do it on purpose to inconvenience the tenants. There are constantly neighbors ...

moving in and out due to the strict rules and home intrusions by management. Stay away from this place if you enjoy privacy and feel that paying top dollar rent should entitle you to some peace. NONE to be found here, just memos and eviction threats.

The complex is quite nice with good amenities, pool, gym, tennis ct, etc. The management are nice and maintenance is always quick and responsive. Parking is a bit tight if you have more than two vehicles or use your garage for storage. Oh yes, they have garages. They have high standards and strict rules so be ready for that. The area is nice and is perfectly located for access to I-75 and many consumer establishments nearby. There is probably a waiting list. High marks!

Pembroke Cove has very reasonable rates for the area, a variety of great floor plans including townhome-style and 1-level style, and all include a one-car garage. An elementary school is within walking distance. This is a very family-friendly, quiet community, with a large pool and relaxing jacuzzi-spa that overlooks a lake at the clubhouse/office, a billiards room, large fitness center, indoor racquetball court, tennis court, dog walk areas, and a playground. Military/police/fire department friendly. Pet friendly. Very well-maintained landscaping and prompt, courteous maintenance staff. We are very fond of Nancy who works in the office, she is so friendly and helpful!

I like the community itself , but i do not like the fact my floor is carpet , my kids are both asthmatic and carpet is their worse enemy , i would of prefer if they had wooden floor or that fake stuff that looks like wood . Also the gym is superb and open 24hrs but the pool and hot tub until 10 pm , so if you work 7a to 7p by the time you get home eat dinner and go to the gym to get a work out it is nearly impossible to go to the pool or hot tub after because by 10 pm the security will tell you ...

that you can not be in the pool or spa . The grounds are well kept The maintenance guys are VERY friendly and knowledgeable . Parking space is Very limited , no space for visitors to park and the handicap parking space are not close to the buildings , that need to look at and fixe .
