Very Poor Management
April 25, 2016Very poor management. Rules are not being implemented well, specially the parking rules. The two car sticker per two bed rooms are not being observed. There's still residents with more than two cars and without sticker that still park in the open parking and the management doesn't do anything about it. They changed parking assignments without informing the residents which ends up a lot of cars being towed. Also the manager is giving favor to other residents who gave them gifts. It will take years ...if you request a carpet change even if the carpet is more that five years old.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015Quiet, one-level apartments, 24-hour maintenance, close to shopping, bus stops, freeways, gyms and most importantly friendly accommodating management. I hesitated to give it 5 stars because of no- dishwasher, air conditioning, fireplace or pool.Review from Apartments.com
