Great Value and Location – A Hidden Gem in Richfield
May 28, 2025Living at Penn Apartments has been a great experience. The building is clean, quiet, and feels very secure. The management team has been super responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests. I really appreciate how easy it is to get around, it's close to public transportation, grocery stores, and just a short drive to Minneapolis. The apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in, with updated finishes and lots of natural light. It’s a great value for the ...area, especially considering how tough it can be to find affordable housing in Richfield.
