        What a disappointment, the gate never works, the homeless always enter,there is no security, the garbage containers are always stucks as if they never picked up the trash, terrible gardening, too small and very poorly distributed the apartments and very expensive for what they offer.

        I rented from here for a year, it was horrible. Loud music ALL the time, my shower quit working, AC stopped working in the dead of summer and to top it off someone smashed in all the windows of my car. There are cameras on property but they are no good, they don't release footage to you. So what good are the cameras? The mailbox is on the other side of the property and has set times to get your mail. Parking is horrible here, so good luck having visitors as everyone and their family utilizes the ...
        visitor spaces. I would never rent here again or even recommend it.

        No guest parking whatsoever the ones who live in the complex park in the guest parking which leave no parking outside. Inside parking are reserved people not willing to pay 25 extra to park their car.

        im a full time student at cal state San Bernardino & I am renting a studio apartment at Peppertree Apartments. Nice staff and helpful on site maintenance. Clean and well kept. Only thing I don't like is they don't allow dogs so I have to move out when my lease is up so I can have my dog live with me.

        The PepperTree Apartments are a safe, friendly, and fun place to live. I have not had one problem living here everyone is so friendly and respect your space. There are two swimming pools and 5 spa pools. You can feel safe walking to your car in the middle of the night and not have to worrie about someone robbing you or anything. The only thing i can complain about is the parking is a little far but thats about it other then that its a good place to live.
