Love the pool and grill area! The staff is very helpful and friendly! The community is quiet, clean and safe! They keep the dog park clean. The pool area is also very clean and well maintained.

So far so good, we have had some bumps in the road; however Levi the maintenance guy is doing his best provided services for us. These units are beautiful and very homey. We have enjoyed the pool and dog park lately. Looking forward to see what all Perch Denton brings us :)
