It has a poor maintenance. They always act like they care about the building but the fact is that they do NOT!
My roommates and I have returned some issues to him and he literally does NOTHING.

Washing machines are always breaking down with no notice. The stairwells smell like pee. The thermostat is set to only 72° (it gets really hot in the summertime). Management is passive aggressive, but the maintenance guys are nice. It's an okay place to live but only for the location.

The building is poorly kept. They do “pest control” but it’s all lies, they just knock on your door to say pest control and then leave. Bugs crawling through the cracks everywhere. Management and workers are lazy. Management is very rude and whenever you ask them anything there are long sighs and passive aggressive responses. You’re better off living in a dorm.
