told they would not be allowed out of their lease early. My son went active 6/18 and his roommate relinquished keys and possession to the apartment on 6/28. I called the leasing office and told them of my concern for this matter. The only line of communication was an email address. I emailed Mrs. Flores five times without a response. I once again asked the leasing agent for another way to communicate with "Upper Management," and I was told she couldn't give me any other form of communication. This weekend my son's roommate received a receipt of notice to move out. They have already moved out, but the notice shows they are going after these two service members for the two months left on their lease. Since my son is in 29 Palms, I have been trying to straighten this out. However, the leasing agent doesn't have any authority to give me any information, the "Upper Management" person, Mrs. Flores, will not return my emails, and the owner Acton Diversified Management Group, out of Duarte, has no number listed and the address on file with the Secretary of State, is actually a psychology office. All I want is the Management Company to do the right thing. However, it appears they have no respect for our military, not the laws we have in place to protect them. I want to warn anyone who is looking into renting there, being that we are not the only ones who have had an issue.

INFORMATION!!! I was told by each of the new managers that they are not able to give corporate information, such as phone #'s, Emails, Owner/Management company names, absolutely nothing! I put in a 30 day notice in writing, did a walk through, and followed up with office and the 2 managers that quit because I moved to Florida. Waited for my deposit, then mailed a demand letter, in which they sent me a itemized letter stating that they were keeping my deposit, along with pictures of an apartment that was not the one that my mom and I lived in. OF COURSE I SUED THEM AND WON 2 TIMES MY DEPOSIT PLUS ALL COURT FEES. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, ALSO LOOK AT THEIR BBB AND IT WILL SHOW YOU THAT WHAT I AM SAYING IS THE TRUTH!!!! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS MESS OF A APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!
